How working from home influences cyber attacks?

The latest pandemic has interfered with almost every area of our lives, even how we interact with our devices and the risks associated with that interaction. Many people working from home use their own WLAN and often even their own personal computers – these systems are easier for hackers to access. Some experts fear that hacker attacks could increase due to IT experts becoming redundant, unemployed and being seduced by the ever so profitable dark market. Numbers show that the number of attacks during the pandemic have increased. So, should we be more careful now than ever before? Are we educated enough to work and surf freely and securely online? Should employers provide additional means to protect workers when working from home?
