Can mangrove forests stall environmental crime and reverse climate change?
There are different types of forests in our planet, mangrove forests are some of the biggest carbon sinks available in nature. Whilst for some time there has been a decay and depletion of these wonderful forests, some communities have realised if they nurture, grow and protect these forests they can provide jobs, save endangered species and clamp down on illegal logging.
Can reviving mangrove forests really help us tackle one of the biggest challenges mankind is facing? Will it help to create more jobs and protect endangered species in the process?
